We are very excited to announce our first Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program! This intensive program is designed for students who have successfully completed a Foundational Yoga Teacher Training in Pittsburgh, Mexico, or Costa Rica with Amazing Yoga. This training is an incredible opportunity to take your teaching to great new heights! By the end of the week, you will leave as an inspiring yoga teacher. All students who attend this training must be committed and passionate about teaching yoga. We will spend many hours in intensive study throughout the week. Please expect to have an in depth yoga experience. It will be a week of asking more of yourself as a yoga teacher and a person than ever before.
Imagine waking up in the morning for a silent walk along the spectacular beach. This is followed up by a healthy breakfast and a strong power vinyasa yoga class in a spectacular yoga room. We will spend the day training in this gorgeous space where you will connect with nature and be inspired.

Your first teacher training gave you a strong foundation of power vinyasa yoga. Now, it’s time to take your teaching to brand new heights! As teachers,it is our responsibility to remain on the growing edge to become stronger teachers. By becoming a stronger teacher you can create an environment of growth for those in your classes. For teachers our #1 goal is create a space for students to tap into their “inner teacher”.

This training is for committed teachers only! Ask yourself, why do you teach yoga? What is it that you LOVE about it?
Is is practicing gratitude? Cultivating joy and balance? Let’s bring this LOVE into our teaching. We will practice teaching from a place that demonstrates passion and a level of enthusiasm that will permeate into your students. Students will walk out of your classes feeing renewed, invigorated, and empowered!
Topics and skills we will cover during the week:
Infusing themes into your classes: Being practical, teaching from your love of yoga!
Voice and Presence: Being confident, authentic, enthusiastic, and joyful!
Assisting Students: Finding confidence while working with your students.
Sequencing postures: Integrating new poses into your teaching while keeping the class flowing!
Alignment: Improve your practice and gain a greater understanding of your student’s bodies.
Connecting with your students: Creating a safe environment for students while sharing yourself.
Giving and receiving feedback: Learning how to work with your strengths and weaknesses.
How to avoid falling into the “day to day” teacher mode. We will discover ways to show up ready for every class!
Tuition and Housing Rates:
These rates include: Tuition, 7 nights accommodations, 3 buffet-style meals per day, taxes, and tips. Rates do not include airfare or transfer transportation:

TRAVEL LOGISTICS:
Air: Arrive/Depart Cancun(CUN) Airport. Arrival date: June 19 Departure Date: June 26
Maya Tulum Resort will arrange for your transportation to/from the Cancun Airport. You will be picked up at the Cancun Airport by a reputable and trusted driver and driven directly to the resort. Plan to arrive into the Cancun airport no later than 4pm on June 19. You can schedule your departure for any time on June 26.
