All Levels & Hour of Power: Standard 60-90 minute power yoga class suitable for all levels.
Basics: A beginner’s power yoga class with particular emphasis on the foundational postures.
$7 Power Yoga: Power Yoga Instructors (in training) teach these classes. Classes are $7.
