Come and explore the art of prenatal yoga through Vinyasa flow, breath work, and meditation. Designed for women in all stages of pregnancy, prenatal yoga will help you develop and maintain the strength, flexibility, and internal awareness needed for labor and the birth of your baby. Prenatal yoga is an effective way to alleviate the common discomforts of pregnancy, including back pain, swelling, and fatigue.
Join this community of expectant mothers and explore a modified, yet powerful Vinyasa flow practice. As your baby grows and your body changes, prenatal yoga will help release tension and ground you, as you move through the joys and challenges of pregnancy.
Please wear comfortable clothes and eat lightly one hour before. All expecting mothers at any trimester are encouraged to come to this class.
This class is a drop-in. This is not hot yoga! You may pay per class or buy a class pass.
